Oxley College is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational P–12 day school of approximately 850 students, located in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands; big enough to cater, small enough to care. Bowral is approximately 75 minutes south of Sydney Airport and within easy reach of Wollongong.
Oxley College is committed to fostering a dynamic, innovative and evidence-based learning environment that revolves around the needs of each student. Our child-centred approach ensures that high-quality learning and teaching are at the heart of the educational experience we offer.
The Opportunity
The Administration Officer (Sport) provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the Oxley College Sport Department. This is a temporary full-time position, commencing as soon as possible and concluding at the end of Term 1, supporting the day-to-day administration of the department, including communications, student records, digital systems, sporting events, registrations, purchasing and general enquiries.
A key focus of the role will be supporting a departmental review to document current processes and workflows and help inform the future operating model for Sport at Oxley College. Working closely with the Heads of Sport, Administration Manager and other College staff, the successful applicant will help develop efficient, consistent and well-organised systems across the department.
This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident working with digital systems and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Experience in a school or sporting environment would be highly regarded.
