Oxley College Parent and Community Feedback

The College welcomes both positive and negative feedback. Positive feedback can be shared informally with the relevant staff member, or formally via the Oxley College Parents and Community Feedback/Complaints Form (see below).

Informal Concerns/Issues  

Most issues causing concern in schools can be handled quickly and in an informal manner. We therefore ask that, where appropriate, you first raise your concern directly with the relevant staff member.  If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, please contact the relevant Head of School.

How Do I Make a Complaint?

If you have been unable to resolve a matter informally, following the above, or wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so by:

Completing our Online Feedback Form via the website: Oxley College Parent and Community Feedback/Complaints Form.

Please note:

  1. When you hit submit, you will receive an email acknowledging your submission
  2. The form will be directed to the Head of College
  3. This form can be submitted anonymously if desired.

Alternatively, you can send an email to feedback@oxley.nsw.edu.au, which will be directed to the Head of College.

If your complaint concerns the Head of College, please email linda.matthews@oxley.nsw.edu.au, who provides administrative support to the Board. She will forward your correspondence to the Chair of the Board of Governors in the strictest confidence.
