How to access the Oxley College Parent Portal and App

You will have received an email welcoming you to the Portal, providing your username, initial password and instructions on how to reset your password.

  • Initial set up must be actioned on a desktop, notebook or tablet.
  • Password set up and resets cannot be actioned via the App - they can be access via this link https://oxley.edumate.net.au/

You will have received bespoke Portal login details, once you have logged into the Portal, and updated your login details, you are ready to download the App and login in.

You can access the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

We have worked with industry experts and App developers Digistorm to build the App and integrate it into the Edumate Platform, that is the Portal. They are leaders in the field who have made many similar Apps for other schools and have researched the user journey, legal and security requirements and developed a thorough understanding of the best, simplest way to achieve our goals of an easy-to-use, digital, instant method of communication with our families.

Once you have clicked to accept and made payment (if required) for an excursion via the App all the details around this will sit under the ‘Events’ button and then under your child’s name.

You will need to ensure that you have logged into the Portal on your PC first, and then you can access the App.

Please note that all users will need to log into the Portal first, change their password information and then use the updated information in the Portal and the App.

If you have received an error message, please reset your portal password.

You will be able to see them in there as they will live on in our records as an old Oxleyan, until your family has finished all enrolments at Oxley.

SSO allows users to access multiple systems with one set of login credentials. Oxley College is introducing SSO to simplify the login process, improve security, and reduce the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords across platforms like Edumate, Canvas, and the Oxley College App.

SSO will be rolled out for Edumate, Canvas, and the Oxley College App. This means one login will now provide access to all three services.

When visiting Edumate, Canvas, or the Oxley College App, you will be prompted to select "Parent Sign-In", You then have the option to use the account details sent to you (email and password) or select a Login Provider if it matches your email on file at Oxley.


If you have forgotten your password, you can click "I forgot my password" or you can use the option "Email One-Time Token" and a 6 digit code will be sent to your email.

If you experience any issues, please contact the Oxley College. It’s also a good idea to ensure your Oxley email credentials will be sent to you personally to ease the logging back in process. This email address and password will be the basis for your new SSO login.
