With a strong background in educational leadership, Mark has been part of Oxley since 2018. He has served as Deputy Head Pastoral 7–12 (2018–2020), Deputy Head and Head of Senior School (2021–2023), and Deputy Head of College (2024–2025). As of Term 4 this year, he has taken on the role of Acting Head of College.

Mark promotes a positive, inclusive and academically focused culture across Pre-K to Year 12, and oversees the development and delivery of professional learning programs and teacher accreditation. He has also been instrumental in establishing the Oxley College Centre for Ethics, launched in 2024.

Mr Tristan Bevan

With 29 years of teaching experience, including 25 at Oxley College, in 2024 Mr Tristan Bevan was appointed as the Head of Senior School. A dedicated Chemistry teacher, Tristan is committed to fostering student growth. Beyond the classroom, he has coached multiple sports, led numerous Outback expeditions and contributed to student leadership through roles such as Mentor, Head of House and Director of Studies and Operations. A former Royal Naval Reserve Officer and a parent of two Oxley alumni, he brings leadership experience from both education and service, emphasising teamwork, resilience and character development. Tristan's enthusiasm for travel, outdoor adventure and lifelong learning has shaped his commitment to providing students with opportunities for academic and personal growth. Above all, he approaches his work with authenticity, positivity and a deep belief in the potential of every student.

Commencing in January 2025, Heidi brings to Oxley over 20 years experience across Public, Catholic and Independent schools.  As a driven and dedicated educator, Heidi has led initiatives in innovative curriculum design and wellbeing, and cultivates an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and a shared sense of purpose.  Heidi's ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the broader community will enhance the overall educational experience and success of the Junior School.

Mrs Em Cassin

Em serves as the Business Manager and Company Secretary at Oxley College.  With over 25 years experience in educational operations, Em is deeply committed to the human elements of running a school.  Whilst the business aspect of her role takes full focus, she believes that the core of educational success lies in effective management, active collaboration with stakeholders and thoughtful operational outcomes for strategic planning.  In addition to her primary role, Em is a Practitioner of Human Synergistics, a Justice of the Peace, an active member of AISNSW, a fellow certified HR professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute and a Regional Co-ordinator for the Association of School Business Administrators.
