The Opportunity
Oxley College is seeking an outstanding educator and educational leader to join our Junior School as Director of Teaching and Learning P-6.
This key leadership position provides an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen teaching and learning across the Junior School, working collaboratively with teachers and leaders to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, professional growth and continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will be an accomplished educator with demonstrated experience in leading high-quality teaching practice, curriculum development and student engagement. They will bring a strong understanding of evidence-based pedagogy and a passion for creating authentic, engaging and purposeful learning experiences that enable every student to thrive.
The Director of Teaching and Learning will be a visible and collaborative leader who builds the capability of others, supports reflective and evidence-informed practice, and contributes positively to the broader educational direction and culture of Oxley College.
