2026 Senior School Orientation

The Orientation Program for Year 7, 2026 students and their families is outlined below:

Thursday 13 November 2025 
All Year 7 2026 Students: 8:15am to 2:45pm 
Year 7 2026 Parents: 12:30pm to 2:45pm

8:15am-8.30am Students to meet on Elvo Lawn for Registration.

8:45am                 Academic Assessment Services administers Sessions 1 and 2, with a morning tea break (provided).

12:30pm             Parents park along the main driveway and walk to Founders Field where students will be eating lunch (provided).

1:00pm                 Welcome Presentation commences in the Peter Craig Centre (PCC) for students and parents.

1:20pm                 Students exit the PCC and enjoy time with their Heads of House, Mentors and student leaders.

1:45pm                 Presentation ends and refreshments for parents are served on Elvo lawn.

2.30pm                 Students re-join parents on Elvo lawn.

2:45pm                 Families depart.

 Students to bring: Water bottle and pencil case (including a blue or black pen).

Students to wear: Smart casual (please, no school uniforms).

Thursday 13 November 2025, 1.00pm-2.45pm

1:00pm                 Welcome Presentation commences in the Peter Craig Centre (PCC) for students and parents.

1:20pm                 Students exit the PCC and enjoy time with their Heads of House, Mentors and student leaders.

1:45pm                 Presentation ends and refreshments for parents are served on Elvo lawn.

2.30pm                 Students re-join parents on Elvo lawn.

2:45pm                 Families depart.

Students to wear: Smart casual (please, no school uniforms).
