As we commence the exciting task of shaping our future through the development of a new College strategy, we are delighted to extend a warm invitation to you to join a collaborative conversation about Oxley’s vision, mission, and values.
This dialogue will be expertly facilitated by Robyn Edwards, Senior Leadership Consultant with the Association of Independent Schools NSW Leadership Centre.
The active participation of our community is not just welcome, it is essential: we need to engage with a range of perspectives and multiple voices to preserve and nurture what is unique and special about our school, but also to both evolve and aspire as we renew our commitment to excellence in education.
In addition to the session below, we will also be running some focus groups with staff and students in both the Junior and Senior Schools.
We look forward to your contributions as we craft a roadmap for 2030 that reflects our collective hopes and goals for Oxley.
