School Finance Assistant

As the School Finance Assistant, you will manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate financial transactions within the school’s administrative framework. You will be responsible for processing payments, invoices, and receipts, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budget management under the supervision of the School Accountant and Business Manager.

As a vital member of our Finance Team, the School Finance Assistant will directly report to the School Accountant and Business Manager, maintaining full confidentiality and exemplifying respectful, professional, and positive behaviour aligned with Oxley’s values. Combining accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities in a school setting is a comprehensive role. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic school environment.

Learning Assistant Pre-Kindergarten (Teacher’s Aide) 

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced classroom Learning Assistant (Teacher’s Aide) who can work collaboratively with our Pre-Kindergarten teaching team in providing quality and positive teaching, learning and wellbeing outcomes for our students. 

 An Oxley School Learning Assistant is a valued member of the support staff team and works with the Head of Junior School and Business Manager in their liaison with students, staff, parents, and suppliers to deliver an exemplary service within the College community.  

 The position is part time, working Wednesday to Friday from 8.30am until 3.00pm during College term times.  Attendance is expected at all mandatory College key events and professional development activities.
