David Wright Library

The Oxley College Library exists in two locations.   Physically the David Wright Library is centrally located in the college grounds and was built with the intention that it form the academic hub of the College.  It has over 22,000 books and resources and is a lively and bustling space with areas for classes, study and leisure.  The library also has an online location where we provide access to a vast collection of millions of resources (including videos) twenty four hours a day.  Our collections are uniquely suited to the learning and leisure needs of all the Oxley College students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

“It isn’t just a library. It is a space ship that will take you to the farthest reaches of the Universe, a time machine that will take you to the far past and the far future, a teacher that knows more than any human being, a friend that will amuse you and console you — and most of all, a gateway, to a better and happier and more useful life.”

Victor Hugo
